Each self catering property sleeps a maximum of 2 - unfortunately we do not accept pets.

 

Prices per week are £750 - £1100 per week.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking with full settlement 8 weeks before the start date of your stay.

We accept bank transfers (our preferred payment method) or personal cheques.

BOOKING

 

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the full balance payable 8 weeks before the start date.  Please refer to the full Booking Terms and Conditions for full information.

 

Remit payment by bank transfer to Virgin Money Business:  Name: Dairy Flats, Sort Code: 82-19-74, Account No: 10106061.  Use your surname as the bank reference.  

Alternatively, we accept cheques made payable to M J Peck and sent to the address below.  

 

We urge all our guests to take out suitable and adequate travel and holiday insurance.

Both holiday lets are rented weekly from March to October on a first come, first served basis.

Included in the rent are water, electricity, Wi-Fi, linen, and towels.

Changeover day for The Dairy Apartment is Wednesday.

 

LUGGAGE

 

For arrivals by sea ferry Scillonian lll: Your luggage can be delivered directly to the Dairy if correctly labelled for The Dairy Flat or The Dairy Apartment.  Luggage labels are freely available on the quay.  A nominal fee is charged for this service.  Luggage can also be pre-booked for collection for your return journey. Island Carriers can be contacted on 01720 422662.

 

For air arrivals:  Skybus provide a shuttle service from the airport. A small charge is made for this. Shuttle service: 07789 296218.
